Sunday at the museum: every first Sunday of the month, on the occasion of the national event #domenicaalmuseo, (Sunday at the museum) the entrance to regional Sicilian museums, archaeological sites and monuments areas will be free. It’s anyway necessary to go to the ticket office to take the free entrance ticket. The free entrance is valid only for regional sites but not for local managed or private sites.

The free entrance to regional sites in Sicily is always free for EU citizen under 18 years. There are no reductions or free entrances over 65 years.
