Villa Rubino is Immersed in a park with many olive trees bordering a beautiful and artistic Via Crucis made by the famous ceramist of Caltagirone G. Cultrera, the house is situated in a strategic position from which you can quickly reach the Etna countries and, at the same time, the historic center of Catania.
Inside: The house, adjacent to the main villa where the owners live, is equipped with all modern comforts and consists of two double rooms with private bathroom, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen
Outdoor: Villa Rubino has a large outdoor area with garden and a private and seasonal pool decorated with mosaics and surrounded by exotic trees and gazebos with relax corners and a solarium.
CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL:
1. All guests have to show their ID or Passport
2. Payment of the security deposit of €50,00 will be required in cash and will be returned at check-out
3. Payment of the tourist tax
NB: The swimming pool is SEASONAL.
Check in is until 8PM. A late check in is to agree with the owner, it depends on availability and an extra charge is applied.
