Yachting apartment is located in Marzamemi, a famous fishermen’s village in the province of Siracusa, with one of the most important tuna in Sicily.
The house is located in a quiet area, in front of Yacht Club; it is 1km (about 10 minutes walk) from Piazza Regina Margherita characterized by many restaurants where you can enjoy typical Sicilian seafood specialties. The nearest beach is about 100mt from the house.
Marzamemi is an excellent starting point for visiting South East Sicily. The Vendicari Nature Reserve is 14km away, Noto 25km, Syracuse, Ortigia and the Plemmirio Nature Reserve are 50km away.
The house is composed of:
