Yachting apartments are located in Marzamemi, a famous fishermen’s village in the province of Siracusa, with one of the most important tuna in Sicily.
The houses are located in a quiet area, opposite the Yacht Club marina and 1km (about 10 minutes walk) from Regina Margherita Square, featuring many restaurants where you can enjoy typical Sicilian seafood specialties. The nearest beach is about 100mt from the houses.
Marzamemi is an excellent starting point for visiting South East Sicily. The Vendicari Nature Reserve is 14km away, Noto 25km, Syracuse, Ortigia and the Plemmirio Nature Reserve are 50km away.
The apartments are twin and consist of:
– a terrace with partial sea view
– a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed queen size
– an air-conditioned double bedroom
– an air-conditioned room with a queen size bed
– a bathroom with shower
CONDITIONS:
Upon arrival, the following will be requested from the client:
Identity documents;
Security deposit by issuing credit card data;
Payment of the tourist tax.
Check in is until 8 p.m ,after is applied an extra.
