Located in a residential area, just a few steps from the beach and about 1,8km from the center of Mascali with a lot of bars, restaurants and minimarkets.
Achillea House is located in Mascali, little country near the sea, good starting point to visit the east
coast of Sicily, it’s just a 15 km from Taormina,30 km from Etna and 29 km from Catania.
Inside: Villa Achillea is all on one level. The first room is a pretty and bright open space with an equipped kitchen and a small living room with a sofa bed and AC. A very little hallway takes to the sleeping area with one bright double room, one bedroom with a bunk bed and one bathroom with shower.
Outside: Villa Achillea has a very big and private outdoor with a big garden, private jacuzzi, a terrace with a gazebo, a big table and chairs to relax and dine, a beautiful outdoor kitchen, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The villa is a semi-indipendent with a parking place inside the residence.
For all guests, IN SUMMER, the shared pool of the residence is available (you need a swimming cap).
CONDITIONS UPON ARRIVAL:
1. All guests have to show their ID or Passport
2. Payment of the security deposit will be required through the issue of the credit card or by paying €100,00 which will be returned at check-out
3. Payment of the tourist tax
4. We accept on request and to agree with the owner just ONE SMALL PET
NB: The swimming pool is SEASONAL and shared.
Check in is until 8PM. A late check in is to agree with the owner, it depends on availability and an extra charge is applied.
